Bretts career in motorsport started around 8 years ago when he began racing karts with great success winning the club championship at his local track in his very first year of racing.

Since then Brett has competed in five British Karting Championships with great success, establishing himself as one of the top junior kart drivers in the U.K

2006 saw him graduate to single seater racing, competing in the Formula Jedi Championship. He has taken the series by storm, finishing second in the championship in only his first season in car racing. He now has his eyes set on taking the title in 2007, whilst preparing for his step up to the BARC Formula Renault Championship in 2008.

Now 18 years old Brett lives in Sheffield, where he works as a technician for Manor Motorsport running Yelmer Buurman in the Formula 3 Euro Series.
